unexpected turn of things

it's been a very~~ long time since my last post....

a lot of things happened since the start of this year...
happy things, unhappy stuff, unimaginable happenings....

all those things i've nvr imagined, happened just like that...
after experiencing all these, i guess i felt different somehow...

who would've guessed that i'm still in tpi..
who would've guessed that i'm not in sg...
who would've guessed that...........................

but i guess they're all part of my life.,..

some ppl say that u can control fate..
some say that ur fate's in ur own hands...
but some things happen so fast n suddenly that there's nothing u can do about it..
sometimes we tried to control fate
we tried to defy it..
but still, sometimes, in some situations, u can't deny that u have to go with the flow..

am i trying to be optimistic??
or the truth is just that i can't accept the truth...

for now, all i know is..
no matter how things turn out to be, they're part of my life..
part of what makes me who i am...
i have to accept n make the best out of it..

i'll do my best!

2009's first

another long hiatus since my last post...

first of all!!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
quite late...
i know..
but still.........
what matters is the thought right?

anyway, one more week to go...
chinese new year's round the corner...
not that anyone's counting..

all round the world, people are celebrating..
christmas, new year....
but then, i couldn't feel the atmosphere....
christmas and new year were just like any other day...
my father said that it's just coz i grew up...
but then, over there, grown ups are the one celebrating these kinds of thingies...
hmmmm...

ah...
there are quite a number of banners in tpi recently...
one near my house had a 'printing-error'..
now that chinese new year's coming, the banners are mostly congratulating and welcoming the season...
but for this particular banner........
it's not really that way...
on it were the words "she yuan guang jin 射源广进"
which should be...cai yuan guang jin 财源广进....
i wanted to take a photo of it, but kept on forgetting...
and then........someone changed it to the correct word...
pity....

these days, i've been thinking of my stories a lot...
the two finally-completed stories i wrote during my senior high school days were still in my mind...
and,well, they were real bad...
hahahah...
i intend to write a revised version of them...
NOTE!! intend to!!!

the thing is, this muddlehead-writing-lover-aka-me seem to have lost the original copy of both of the stories, although the plots are still fresh in my mind...
so!!!!!
NEED HELP PEOPLE!!!!!
i remember that i copied them and gave the copied version to some, if anyone still have them (not that i think people would keep them, if i were those people, i'd have thrown them away ages ago).....
